Pay wi-tribe bill with Soneri Bank

If you are a Soneri Bank account holder, you can conveniently pay your bill using the options below:

Online Banking

Simply Log on to your Soneri Bank online banking account at www.soneribank.com and pay your bill by providing your wi-tribe customer ID.

ATM bill payment

  • Insert your Soneri Visa Debit Card in any Soneri ATM
  • Enter your ATM PIN code
  • Select Smart Option Utility Bill Payment
  • Select wi-tribe and enter customer ID or registered mobile Number
  • Confirm your transaction
  • Get a transaction receipt and Confirmation SMS on your registered* Mobile Number

Log on to www.soneribank.com from your mobile browser and pay your bill conveniently by providing your customer ID.

Bill payments through call center

  • Call 0800-00500 or 111-766-374 from the number you have registered with the bank.
  • Enter your Soneri Visa Debit Card number and T-PIN for validation.
  • Press 0 to talk to the Phone Banking Officer
  • Ask Phone Banking officer to pay your wi-tribe bill.
  • You would receive a confirmation SMS on your registered* Mobile Number
