Payment process through Internet Banking
- ➣Log on to hblibank.com.pk
- ➣Click on “Payments”
- ➣Select Payment Category “Broadband Bill Payment”
- ➣Select wi-tribe from company list
- ➣Enter Customer ID
- ➣Click on payment button for payment confirmation
- ➣You will receive confirmation message/email after successful transaction
Payment Process through Mobile:
- ➣Log on to HBL mobile App.
- ➣Click on “Payments”
- ➣Click on “Broadband Bill Payment” and Select wi-tribe from list
- ➣Enter Customer ID
- ➣Click on payment button for payment confirmation
- ➣You will receive confirmation message/email after successful transaction
Payment process through ATM.
- ➣Enter Debit Card in ATM
- ➣Click on “Broadband Bill Payment”
- ➣Select the wi-tribe on screen
- ➣Enter Customer ID
- ➣Customer click on payment button for payment confirmation
- ➣Customer will receive receipt after successful transaction
Branchless Banking Network Agent:
- ➣The Customer will visit HBL Express Agent Outlet and request for wi-tribe Payment.
- ➣The HBL Express Agent will ask the Customer for the unique Customer ID communicated by the wi-tribe, the Customer identifier and his/her mobile number for transaction receipt via SMS.
- ➣The HBL Express Agent will access HBL Express System i.e. Web Portal or Mobile Handset and will verify the bill amount.
- ➣Confirmation SMS will be send to Customer on his provided cell number after successful transaction.
